Geneva Conventions in Pictures : ウィキペディア英語版 | Geneva Conventions in Pictures
The Geneva Conventions in Pictures is a project to translate the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their protocols into pictograms, to assist in the education and dissemination of Human Rights law covering armed conflicts. The project was founded by Shayne Smart in 2015 and was one of the final nominees for the 2015 TEDx Amsterdam Awards. The project's goal is to help start a movement that focuses on showing human rights in pictures, with the idea that it would help overcome language and literacy barriers. The project's proponents argue that by having a visual language for human rights, people can more easily understand their rights, remember them and share a common global language on abuses. ==References==
